1. General Policy
All payments made for:
- Yearly listing memberships are eligible for a 7-day refund from the date of purchase. After 7 days, the membership fee is strictly non-refundable.
2. No Refund Scenarios
No refunds shall be issued for:
- Lack of enquiries or leads.
- Unsatisfactory business results.
- Early termination by the business.
- Change of business decision.
- Inaccurate listing information provided by the user.
- Platform algorithm or visibility changes.
3. Exceptional Refunds (Rare)
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Duplicate payment occurred.
- Payment succeeded but listing was never activated due to technical error.
Refund approval is at the sole discretion of dukanshodh.com.
4. Cancellation
- Membership may be cancelled anytime.
- Cancellation stops future renewals only.
- No prorated or partial refunds apply.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment source.
11. Force Majeure
The Dukanshodh.com directory platform shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, hosting server downtime, power interruptions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances. During such events, services may be temporarily suspended without liability or refund obligation until normal operations are restored.
