5. Membership Fees & Renewal

Fees are charged annually in advance
Membership does not auto-renew unless explicitly stated
Renewal pricing may change with prior notice
Taxes (including GST) are applicable as per law

6. No Performance Guarantee

We do NOT guarantee:

Number of leads or enquiries
Business conversion or revenue
Ranking position permanence
Customer response or intent

Results depend on market demand, competition, and user behavior.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

Post false or misleading content
Impersonate another business
Scrape, copy, or misuse data
Abuse enquiry or contact mechanisms
Use the platform for unlawful activities

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property
