1. Platform Role & Disclaimer
The Platform operates as a business listing and discovery directory.
We are a listing business only and do not provide or guarantee any services listed.
Any interaction, transaction, or agreement is solely between the customer and the listed business.
- The Directory operates as a subsidiary venture under the ownership and control of Garud Eyes Consultancy. All rights, obligations, policies, and management decisions relating to the Directory are exercised by Garud Eyes Consultancy.
- While we provide visibility, each listed business remains independently responsible for its services, commitments, and transactions.
2. Eligibility
Users must be 18 years or older.
Businesses must have legal authority to operate and list services in India.
3. Business Listings
Businesses are responsible for:
Accuracy of listing information.
Compliance with applicable laws.
Authenticity of services offered.
We reserve the right to approve, edit, suspend, or remove listings without prior notice:
Is false, misleading, or fraudulent.
Violates law or third-party rights.
Harms platform integrity.
4. Paid Listings
Yearly Membership
Valid for 12 months from activation
Benefits may include:
Name & Address visibility.
Priority placement.
Profile branding.
No guarantee of leads, enquiries, or revenue.
5. Membership Fees and Renewal
Fees are charged annually in advance.
Membership does not auto-renew unless explicitly stated.
Renewal pricing may change with prior notice.
6. No Performance Guarantee
We do NOT guarantee:
Number of leads or enquiries.
Business conversion or revenue.
Ranking position permanence.
Customer response or intent.
Results depend on market demand, competition, and user behaviour.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not:
Post false or misleading content.
Impersonate another business.
Scrape, copy, or misuse data.
Abuse enquiry or contact mechanisms.
Use the platform for unlawful activities.
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
Platform design, content, logos, and software are owned by Dukanshodh.com (Garud Eyes Consultancy).
Listing content remains the property of the business, but grants us a license to display and promote it.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform shall not be liable for:
Service quality disputes.
Customer-business disagreements.
Financial or reputational losses.
Indirect or consequential damages.
Maximum liability shall not exceed membership fees paid for the current year.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access:
For policy violations.
For fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
For legal or regulatory reasons.
11. Force Majeure
The Dukanshodh.com directory platform shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, hosting server downtime, power interruptions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances. During such events, services may be temporarily suspended without liability or refund obligation until normal operations are restored.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law.
